06 - 1/4 cup honey or agave syrup

08 - 1 1/2 cups chilled sparkling wine or prosecco

# Method:

01 - In a small saucepan, combine water, sugar, and dried lavender. Bring to a simmer over medium heat, stirring constantly until sugar dissolves completely. Remove from heat, cover, and allow to steep for 10 minutes. Strain through fine mesh to remove lavender solids and let syrup cool to room temperature.
02 - In a pitcher, combine freshly squeezed lemon juice, cold water, and honey or agave syrup. Stir thoroughly until sweetener is fully incorporated and dissolved.
